of a road show including the scheduling of one-on-one meetings with
portfolio managers and analysts. Our institutional database allows us
to put senior management in front of hundreds of micro-cap and
small-cap fund managers and analysts that are able to take significant
positions in small companies. We will arrange conference calls and
follow-up to discuss company progress and updates.
RESEARCH:
IBIS has successfully been able to introduce Client companies to third
party independent research that resulted in those clients obtaining
independent coverage, as well as, coverage in numerous publications.
DIRECT PLACEMENT INTRODUCTIONS:
IBIS
has developed relationships with a number of high quality institutional
investors in US and abroad that make direct capital infusions into
publicly traded entities. IBIS will provide the necessary advice and
due diligence to ensure that the financing effort will be successfully
consummated. IBIS's team has both the skills and experience necessary
to craft sound corporate business strategy and value-added consulting
services applicable to structuring and sourcing additional financing.
INVESTOR LUNCHEONS:
As an optional service, IBIS may setup group luncheons for
institutional investors or stock brokers in order to give companies a
better exposure in the investment community.
COMMUNICATIONS:
IBIS will maintain ongoing communications with the investment
community. We will contact retirement funds, mutual funds, sell side
analysts, broker-dealers, etc, in order to keep them informed of the
company's internal developments.
